How to Make Romaine Wraps
- Dry off the romaine lettuce leaves with a paper towel. Cut the center vein out of the romain leaves which will leave you with 8 pieces. Spread about 2 tablespoons of the cashew cheese on the leaves. Add a pinch of sprouts and a few slices of freshly sliced red pepper and some cucumber. Roll the leaves up like a burrito and enjoy!
