Ingredients
- 4 - full romaine lettuce leaves
- 1 cup sprouts
- 1 - red pepper cut into thin short slices
- 1 cup cashew cheese (see recipe in previous post)
- 1 medium cucumber cut into thin short slices
- - lemon zest - optional
How To Make romaine wraps

Step 1Dry off the romaine lettuce leaves with a paper towel. Cut the center vein out of the romain leaves which will leave you with 8 pieces. Spread about 2 tablespoons of the cashew cheese on the leaves. Add a pinch of sprouts and a few slices of freshly sliced red pepper and some cucumber. Roll the leaves up like a burrito and enjoy!
