ITS THAT TIME OF THE YEAR AGAIN WHEN THE RED PEPPERS R AT THEIR BEST N THE PRICE IS GREAT......SOOOO I MAKE ROASTED PEPPERS THAT WE LOVE :)

  • 8-10 large red peppers
  • 3 cloves garlic (i love garlic but less is better wen makn these babies)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • - bbq

How To Make roasted red peppers

  • Step 1
    PREHEAT BBQ TO HIGH N CHAR RED PEPPERS TURNN FREQUENTLY TO GET ALL SIDES DONE.
  • Step 2
    PUT PEPPERS IN PLASTIC BAG N LET SIT FOR ATLEAST AN HOUR SO THEY CAN CHILL N FLAVA CAN DEVELOP.
  • Step 3
    CLEAN OFF CHAR FROM PEPPERS BY RUBBING WITH FINGERS N REMOVE SEEDS N RINSE LIGHTLY UNDER RUNN WATER.
  • Step 4
    RIP PEPPERS (OR CUT) INTO STRIPS N PLACE IN BOWL N ADD 3 CLOVES OF GARLIC, SLICED IN HALF N ADD 2 TBLSPNS OF OLIVE OIL N SPRINKLE LIGHTLY WITH SALT THEN MIX.
  • Step 5
    DIVIDE INTO SEALD CONTAINERS....STAYS FRESH IN FRIDGE FOR A WEEK ...SERVE WITH A SQUIRT OF LEMON JUICE OR NOT...CAN B FROZEN...;)
