Step 1PREHEAT BBQ TO HIGH N CHAR RED PEPPERS TURNN FREQUENTLY TO GET ALL SIDES DONE.

Step 2PUT PEPPERS IN PLASTIC BAG N LET SIT FOR ATLEAST AN HOUR SO THEY CAN CHILL N FLAVA CAN DEVELOP.

Step 3CLEAN OFF CHAR FROM PEPPERS BY RUBBING WITH FINGERS N REMOVE SEEDS N RINSE LIGHTLY UNDER RUNN WATER.

Step 4RIP PEPPERS (OR CUT) INTO STRIPS N PLACE IN BOWL N ADD 3 CLOVES OF GARLIC, SLICED IN HALF N ADD 2 TBLSPNS OF OLIVE OIL N SPRINKLE LIGHTLY WITH SALT THEN MIX.
