How to Make ROASTED PARSNIPS AND CARROTS WITH SAGE
- Heat oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, toss the parsnips, carrots, sage, oil, salt and 1/2 t. pepper. Spread on a rimmed baking sheet and roast, stirring twice, until the vegetables are gilden, 45-55 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
