Ingredients

  • 12 ounces green beans, trimmed
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • - kosher salt
  • - black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons shredded parmesan

How To Make roasted parmesan green beans

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 425*. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil. In medium bowl, add the green beans, olive oil, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste. Toss until green beans are coated well.
  • Step 2
    Spread the green beans onto cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Shake the pan to stir the greens and bake an additional 5 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan. 1 point per serving
