Preheat oven to 425*.
Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
In medium bowl, add the green beans, olive oil, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste. Toss until green beans are coated well.
Spread the green beans onto cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Shake the pan to stir the greens and bake an additional 5 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
