How to Make Roasted Parmesan Asparagus

Step-by-Step

  1. Lay asparagus in a single layer on a foil-lined cookie sheet.
  2. Drizzle about 2 tablespoons of olive oil on asparagus.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Roast at 400 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
  5. Remove from oven. Add Parmesan cheese.
  6. Return to oven for another couple of minutes for the cheese to melt in.
