- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 4 - 5 large carrots, peeled and cut into 1 to 2 inch pieces
- - kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 2 tablespoons honey
How To Make roasted glazed carrots

Step 1Peel the carrots and cut into 1" or 2" pieces.

Step 2Remove rosemary needles from the stem.

Step 3Chop the rosemary.

Step 4Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add oil and the carrots.

Step 5Season with salt and pepper.

Step 6Cook, tossing the carrots so they color on all sides (about 5 minutes).

Step 7Add the butter, rosemary, and honey.

Step 8Continue cooking until the carrots are brown and tender (about 5 - 7 minutes more).
