cauliflower, small florets (fresh)

garlic cloves, smashed
1/4 c
olive oil
1/4 c
parmesan cheese
salt/pepper to taste

How to Make Roasted Cauliflower w/Garlic & Parmesan

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a bowl toss the cauliflower florets with the olive oil, garlic, salt/pepper.
  • 2spread out on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 mins or until tender and golden brown..turning once half way through.
  • 3sprinkle with the parmesan cheese as soon as you take out...ENJOY
