Ingredients For roasted cauliflower w/garlic & parmesan
cauliflower, small florets (fresh)
garlic cloves, smashed
salt/pepper to taste
How To Make roasted cauliflower w/garlic & parmesan
In a bowl toss the cauliflower florets with the olive oil, garlic, salt/pepper.
spread out on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 mins or until tender and golden brown..turning once half way through.
sprinkle with the parmesan cheese as soon as you take out...ENJOY
