Ingredients
- 1 - cauliflower, small florets (fresh)
- 2 - garlic cloves, smashed
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- - salt/pepper to taste
How To Make roasted cauliflower w/garlic & parmesan

Step 1In a bowl toss the cauliflower florets with the olive oil, garlic, salt/pepper.

Step 2spread out on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 mins or until tender and golden brown..turning once half way through.

Step 3sprinkle with the parmesan cheese as soon as you take out...ENJOY
