How to Make Roasted Cauliflower
- 1Preheat oven to 425°. Wash cauliflower and cut into small florets (approx. 1 to 1 1/2 inches). Place cauliflower florets in a bowl with olive oil; stir to coat cauliflower.
- 2Spread cauliflower on a metal pan and cook for 15-20 minutes, until slightly browned. Stir once or twice during cook time.
- 3Remove cauliflower from oven. Place in a bowl and stir in Greek yogurt until all florets are coated. Top with additional pepper, if desired.
