head of cauliflower chopped (or bag of frozen, chopped cauliflower)
1/4 tsp
garlic powder (you can substitute any spice you choose)
salt and pepper to taste
olive oil spray

How to Make Roasted cauliflower


  • 1Heat oven to 425 degrees.
  • 2Spray bottom of cookie sheet with olive oil. Add cauliflower and spread out over entire pan.
  • 3Spray cauliflower with olive oil to lightly coat.
    Sprinkle seasonings over cauliflower.
  • 4Bake for 25 minutes or until brown around edges.
