Ingredients
- 1 - head of cauliflower chopped (or bag of frozen, chopped cauliflower)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (you can substitute any spice you choose)
- - salt and pepper to taste
- - olive oil spray
How To Make roasted cauliflower

Step 1Heat oven to 425 degrees.

Step 2Spray bottom of cookie sheet with olive oil. Add cauliflower and spread out over entire pan.

Step 3Spray cauliflower with olive oil to lightly coat. Sprinkle seasonings over cauliflower.

Step 4Bake for 25 minutes or until brown around edges.
