How To Make roasted carrots

Step 1preheat 1 bakingsheeet in a 450 oven. cut carrots lenghtwise into eights and toss into olive oil and salt and pepper. spread carrots on hot baking sheets and roast until brown 18 - 20 minutes. toss with the tyme and sesame seeds. add the parsley and juice of 1/2 lemon
