  • 2 pounds carrots
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
  • 1/8 cup dried tyme
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1/2 - fresh lemon

How To Make roasted carrots

  • Step 1
    preheat 1 bakingsheeet in a 450 oven. cut carrots lenghtwise into eights and toss into olive oil and salt and pepper. spread carrots on hot baking sheets and roast until brown 18 - 20 minutes. toss with the tyme and sesame seeds. add the parsley and juice of 1/2 lemon
