    olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt and pepper
  • 1/8 c
    dried tyme
  • 1 Tbsp
    toasted sesame seeds
  • 3 Tbsp
    chopped parsley
  • 1/2
    fresh lemon

How to Make roasted carrots


  1. preheat 1 bakingsheeet in a 450 oven. cut carrots lenghtwise into eights and toss into olive oil and salt and pepper. spread carrots on hot baking sheets and roast until brown 18 - 20 minutes. toss with the tyme and sesame seeds. add the parsley and juice of 1/2 lemon
