Ingredients

2 lb
carrots
1/4 c
olive oil
1/4 tsp
salt and pepper
1/8 c
dried tyme
1 Tbsp
toasted sesame seeds
3 Tbsp
chopped parsley
1/2
fresh lemon

Step-By-Step

1preheat 1 bakingsheeet in a 450 oven. cut carrots lenghtwise into eights and toss into olive oil and salt and pepper. spread carrots on hot baking sheets and roast until brown 18 - 20 minutes. toss with the tyme and sesame seeds. add the parsley and juice of 1/2 lemon
