I love brussel sprouts but find this is a nice way to cook them in a healthy fashion.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound brussel sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • - salt and pepper

How To Make roasted brussel sprouts

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 400 degrees. Cut off end of sprout and remove any loose leaves and then cut in half. Place sprouts in a rimmed baking sheet, mix with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • Step 2
    Mix up and roast until fork tender about 30-40 minutes.
