- 1 pound brussel sprouts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- - salt and pepper
How To Make roasted brussel sprouts

Step 1Heat oven to 400 degrees. Cut off end of sprout and remove any loose leaves and then cut in half. Place sprouts in a rimmed baking sheet, mix with olive oil, salt and pepper.

Step 2Mix up and roast until fork tender about 30-40 minutes.
