How to Make Roasted Brussel Sprouts

  • 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • 2Trim & clean brussel sprouts by rinsing with water & removing the outer layers. Layers should be pale green. Trim stems.
  • 3Slice in half; quarter if large enough.
  • 4Combine sugar, olive oil, salt, & brussel sprouts in a bowl. Toss well.
  • 5Spray a jellyroll pan with cooking spray. Spread brussel sprouts in single layer on the pan.
