  • 1 package fresh brussel sprouts washed and stems removed
  • - olive oil
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make roasted brussel sprouts

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 400. Slice Brussel sprouts into thin strips. Place on a cookie sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast in oven until tender and a little brown on edges. About 20 minutes. You can sprinkle cooked chopped bacon or chopped pecans on before serving. Delicious!
