Ingredients

  • 5 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 1/2 cups orecchiette pasta, uncooked
  • 1 package (6 oz.) fresh take italian parmesan recipe cheese breadcrumb mix, mixed together

How To Make roasted broccoli with orecchiette

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl, toss broccoli with oil; spread onto foil-covered rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with water. Bake in a preheated 450-degree oven for 10 min. Meanwhile, cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Step 2
    Turn broccoli; sprinkle with 3/4 cup cheese mixture. Bake 10 min.
  • Step 3
    DRAIN pasta; place in large bowl. Add broccoli mixture; mix lightly. Top with 1/4 to 1/2 cup mozzarella, if desired.
