broccoli florets
6 Tbsp
yellow onion
1 tsp
sea salt
1 tsp
black pepper
1 Tbsp
2 Tbsp
olive oil, extra virgin

How to Make Roasted Broccoli


  • 1Preheat oven to 375. Chop broccoli, onions, & garlic. Place in 13X9 glass dish.
  • 2Drizzle 2 Tbsp. olive oil over broccoli. Toss the onions & garlic with the broccoli. Season with sea salt & black pepper.
  • 3Roast for 20 minutes. Shake dish then roast for an additional 5 minutes. Serve with Pecan Crusted Chicken or any Main Course.
