  • 6 c
    broccoli florets
  • 6 Tbsp
    yellow onion
  • 1 tsp
    sea salt
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin

How to Make Roasted Broccoli


  1. Preheat oven to 375. Chop broccoli, onions, & garlic. Place in 13X9 glass dish.
  2. Drizzle 2 Tbsp. olive oil over broccoli. Toss the onions & garlic with the broccoli. Season with sea salt & black pepper.
  3. Roast for 20 minutes. Shake dish then roast for an additional 5 minutes. Serve with Pecan Crusted Chicken or any Main Course.
