Ingredients For roasted beets
1 1/2-2 lbmedium beets, peeled and quartered
1 Tbspolive oil
1 Tbspminced fresh garlic
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
How To Make roasted beets
1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place the beets on a sheet pan or in a baking dish in one layer. Drizzle with the oil. Add the garlic, salt and pepper. Toss to combine. Roast until fork-tender, about 30 minutes. Serve hot or room temperature.
