  • 1
    red pepper

  • 2 large
    cans stewed tomatoes w/ basil
  • 3-4 clove
    garlic, mashed
  • 1 tsp
    basil, dried
  • 1/2 tsp
    marjoram, dried
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 2
    bay leaves
  • 1-1 1/2 c
    white wine, dry ( i use chenin blanc)

How to Make Ratatouille, ( the real deal)


  1. 1.Rough chop your veggies, Peel Eggplant and chop into bite size pieces.
  2. 2. Saute your spices, garlic, onion,in 1/8 to 1/4 cup olive oil, start adding veggies in order given and saute 2 to 5 minutes between each addition.
    Add wine and tomatoes last. vegatables should be tender crisp.
  3. 3. Enjoy this mixture of wonderful flavors. you'll love eating your veggies now. xoxo
