- 1 can garbanzo beans, drained
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, seeded and diced
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 2 - limes, juiced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- - salt/pepper
How To Make quinoa salad

Step 1Cooked quinoa according to package, let cool

Step 2toss with all ingredients and chill for a few hours.
