    Here is what u wanna do firstput on a pot of boiling wheat rice or ur favorite@lease 4cups&add a little drop of oliveoil in the rice with a pinch of sea salt,put some fresh peas on the stove no ads.Slow cook ur shrimps..big or small.add a tablespoon of ur favorite omega3butter& add some oldbay seasoning&a pinch of garlicpowder,a pinch of cayene pepper..Second afta shrimps simmer,take them &peel stem off the shrimp,sit them to the side keepem warm.Now ur rice is quite done turn down lower temp&take lid off,now its time to draine the rice. serving is the fun part put u a couple spoons of rice on the plate& make a circle n the middle of rice,then add urr shrimps& a spoon or two of peas on the side and whala ready to eatt.. smell that less salt n a butterysplash!!!!
