creamy peanut butter
2 Tbsp
vinegar ( rice wine vinegar) is best
2 Tbsp
soy sauce
1 clove
garlic
1/2 tsp
salt
1/8 tsp
tabasco sauce
8 c
shredded red cabbage or green cabbage
1/2 c
chopped cilantro
1 large
red pepper thinly sliced
4
scallions sliced
2 Tbsp
sesame seeds

How to Make POLYNESIAN COLESLAW

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a large bowl stir together peanut butter, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, salt, and hot sauce.
  • 2Stir in cabbage, cilantro, red pepper, and scallions.
  • 3Refrigerate 1 hour.
  • 4Heat dry skillet over medium heat.
  • 5Add sesame seeds cook stirring until lightly browned 3-4 minutes.
  • 6Remove from skillet and sprinkle over coleslaw.
