Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons vinegar ( rice wine vinegar) is best
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon tabasco sauce
- 8 cups shredded red cabbage or green cabbage
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 large red pepper thinly sliced
- 4 - scallions sliced
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
How To Make polynesian coleslaw

Step 1In a large bowl stir together peanut butter, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, salt, and hot sauce.

Step 2Stir in cabbage, cilantro, red pepper, and scallions.

Step 3Refrigerate 1 hour.

Step 4Heat dry skillet over medium heat.

Step 5Add sesame seeds cook stirring until lightly browned 3-4 minutes.

Step 6Remove from skillet and sprinkle over coleslaw.
