Great recipe to use as a relish side dish. Easy and you can make ahead.

Ingredients

  • 2 jars 4 oz. each button mushrooms, drained
  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 bunch green onions, sliced thin
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1/3 cup salad oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar, firmly packed

How To Make pickled mushrooms

  • Step 1
    In small pan bring all ingredients, except mushrooms, to a boil 6 to 8 minutes. Add mushrooms. Put in covered bowl; refrigerate overnight.
