  • 2 jar(s)
    4 oz. each button mushrooms, drained
  • 1/3 c
    red wine vinegar
  • 1 bunch
    green onions, sliced thin
  • 1 tsp
    prepared mustard
  • 1/3 c
    salad oil
  • 1 tsp
  • 2 tsp
    dried parsley
  • 1 Tbsp
    brown sugar, firmly packed

How to Make Pickled Mushrooms


  1. In small pan bring all ingredients, except mushrooms, to a boil 6 to 8 minutes. Add mushrooms. Put in covered bowl; refrigerate overnight.
