Ingredients
- 2 jars 4 oz. each button mushrooms, drained
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced thin
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1/3 cup salad oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar, firmly packed
How To Make pickled mushrooms

Step 1In small pan bring all ingredients, except mushrooms, to a boil 6 to 8 minutes. Add mushrooms. Put in covered bowl; refrigerate overnight.
