These Personal veggies cups are a huge hit at parties, it saves on the double dipping in a huge bowl, it is also a easy clean up at the end of the night.

Ingredients

  • 1 package celery stalks
  • 4 large cucumbers
  • 3 large red bell peppers
  • 3 large yellow bell pepper
  • 10-15 small green bell peppers
  • 1 scoop favorite dip, try my italian dip recipe

How To Make personal veggies cups

  • Step 1
    Wash all veggies very well before cutting and peeling, Ones all are washed start with Green bells peppers cut off tops and remove seeds wash peppers again and set aside.
  • Step 2
    Next take all veggies and slice into 1 inch sticks, you do not have to use the veggies listed above these were the popular ones on recent veggie trays in the past, once you do that take 2 or three of each veggie and place them inside the Green bell peppers.
  • Step 3
    Arrange the veggie sticks on the outer rim slanted to the center in the center of your sticks add your fav dip, I use my Italian dip for these cups (located in my just a pinch recipe book) arrange on a platter and let guest have their very own veggie cup.....
