- 3 large green peppers, thinly sliced
- 3 large sweet red peppers, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
How To Make peasant peppers

Step 1Place peppers in two 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pans. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper; toss to coat.

Step 2Bake at 400° for 30-35 minutes until tender and skins are slightly blackened. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake 15-20 minutes longer or until lightly browned. 3 points per serving
