Ingredients
- 2 cans tender green peas (can use frozen cooked peas)
- 1 large (jar)cut pimentos
- 1 medium chopped white onion
- 1 cup velvetta..cubed small
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- - mayonnaise
- - sugar
How To Make pea salad

Step 1Drain peas & pimentos.

Step 2Toss 1st 4 ingredients together being careful not to crush peas in a bowl.

Step 3Mix mayo,lemon juice,sugar together. Do this by tasting as you mix to your liking.

Step 4Toss with pea mixture,again trying not to crush peas.Add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 5Chill 1 hour.
