- 3 cups coarsely chopped fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 can seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

How To Make parslied mushroom patties

Step 1Combine first 9 ingredients; mix well. Form into 6 patties. Fry in oil over mrdium heat until browned on each side. Top each patty with sour cream and serve. Makes about 6 servings.
