- 8 - plum tomatoes, cut in half lengthwise
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 package (6 oz.) fresh take italian parmesan recipe cheese breadcrumb mix, mixed together
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
How To Make parmesan roasted tomatoes

Step 1Place tomatoes, cut side up, on foil-covered baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; drizzle with oil.

Step 2Bake in a preheated 400-degree oven for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.

Step 3Top each tomato half with 1 Tbsp. cheese mixture; bake 15 more minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.

Step 4You may refrigerate remaining Fresh Take in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Use it with casseroles, such as macaroni and cheese, before baking.
