Ingredients
- 15 - stalks of asparagus
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons freshly grated parmesan
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
How To Make parmesan roasted asparagus

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut off white ends of asparagus, rinse and dry with a towel.

Step 2Place in a baking dish and drizzle olive oil over asparagus. Using tongs, roll the asparagus around to make sure it is completely coated with olive oil.

Step 3Sprinkle parmesan and pepper on top of asparagus. Place in oven.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered for about 25 minutes or to desired doneness. Remove from oven and serve.
