- 2 tablespoons butter
- - fresh carrots
- 1/2 cup slice onions
- - salt & pepper to taste
How To Make pan roasted baby carrots

Step 1Over a medium heat, melt the butter in a skillet or pan. Add carrots and seasoning. Cook stirring often for about 20 min. Add onions, reduce heat to low, cover and cook, stirring often, for another 20 min. or till you can insert a fork through carrot without resistance.
