3-4 Tbspolive oil

1 tspkosher salt

1/2 tspcoarse black pepper

3/4 tspgarlic powder

3/4 tsponion powder

1/2 tspdried parsley

1/2 tsppaprika
-
1/8-1/4 tspcayenne
- VEGETABLES

1 lbcarrots, peeled & cubed

1 lbcauliflower florets
-
1 lbbrussels sprouts, halved

1 lgsweet potato, peeled & cubed

8 ozred potatoes or yukon potatoes, quartered
How To Make oven roasted veggies

1Preheat oven to 450 F°. Spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray (or line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or tin foil sprayed lightly with cooking spray.) Set aside.

2In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for seasoned oil and whisk. Add the vegetables, stirring to coat.

3Spread vegetable mixture in a single layer on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, stir gently, then bake another 15 minutes.
