How to Make oven roasted sweet corn

Step-by-Step

  1. line baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  2. Husk corn, and clean as much silk off of it as you can. Place corn on pan.
  3. season corn with salt and pepper. Slice butter into 12 pieces, place one on each ear of corn.
  4. roast on medium rack of 400 degree oven for 45 minutes or until corn is starting to turn brown and crispy to your liking. You can turn corn as you are cooking for more even browning but if you don't turn it it will taste just as good!
