Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchini
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/3 cup grated or dry parmesan cheese
How To Make oven roasted garlic parmesan zucchini

Step 1Wash and slice zucchini. (I use a wavy slicer so the cheese sticks into the waves) about 1/4 inch slices

Step 2Toss zucchini in olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic

Step 3Add parmesan to zucchini and toss.

Step 4Place zucchini on nonstick baking sheet in a single layer

Step 5Bake in 375 degree oven for 15-20 mins or until zucchini is tender and cheese browns
