Oven roasted cauliflower

Ingredients

1 mediumhead cauliflower (about 2-1/4 pounds), trimmed and cut into florets

3 clovegarlic, thinly sliced or more if you want

1/4 colive oil
-
2 Tbsplemon juice
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/4 tspblack pepper
-
2 Tbspgrated parmesan cheese
-
3 Tbsppanko bread crumbs
How to Make Oven roasted cauliflower
- Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Combine cauliflower and garlic in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Transfer, in a single layer, to a large rimmed baking sheet. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Roast at 450 degrees F for about 25 minutes,stirring once.
- Sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately
