I have been making different versions of roasted cauliflower for years. We just love it.

  • 1
    medium head of fresh cauliflower, trimmed and cut into florets
  • 3 large
    cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    grated parmesan cheese

How to Make Oven Roasted Cauliflower


  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Combine cauliflower and
    garlic in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  2. Transfer, in a single layer, to a large rimmed baking sheet or pan. Roast in oven for about 25 minutes, stirring once.

    Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
