I have been making different versions of roasted cauliflower for years. We just love it.

Ingredients

  • 1 - medium head of fresh cauliflower, trimmed and cut into florets
  • 3 large cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

How To Make oven roasted cauliflower

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 450 degrees. Combine cauliflower and garlic in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • Step 2
    Transfer, in a single layer, to a large rimmed baking sheet or pan. Roast in oven for about 25 minutes, stirring once. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
