Oven Roasted Cauliflower

1medium head of fresh cauliflower, trimmed and cut into florets

3 largecloves garlic, thinly sliced

1/4 colive oil
-
2 Tbsplemon juice
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/4 tspblack pepper
-
2 Tbspgrated parmesan cheese
How to Make Oven Roasted Cauliflower
- Heat oven to 450 degrees. Combine cauliflower and
garlic in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. - Transfer, in a single layer, to a large rimmed baking sheet or pan. Roast in oven for about 25 minutes, stirring once.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
