Ingredients
- 1 - medium head of fresh cauliflower, trimmed and cut into florets
- 3 large cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
How To Make oven roasted cauliflower

Step 1Heat oven to 450 degrees. Combine cauliflower and garlic in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Step 2Transfer, in a single layer, to a large rimmed baking sheet or pan. Roast in oven for about 25 minutes, stirring once. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
