How to Make Oven Roasted Brussel Sprouts
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Cut the brussel sprouts in half and arrange in a single layer in a 9x13 pan.
- Drizzle olive oil over the sprouts and then use a garlic sea salt grinder and give the sprouts a good dose. If you don't have a garlic/sea salt grinder, use 1 teaspoon of sea salt and finely mince 2 cloves of garlic and mix with the sprouts.
- Put them in the oven stirring them every 10 minutes until finished (about 25-30 minutes total) and serve as your side dish.
