As a kid, I HATED brussel sprouts but when I met and married my husband a few years ago, he said they were one of his favorite vegetables. I decided it was time to give them another try. This is one of our favorite ways to have them.

Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh brussel sprouts
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic sea salt
How To Make oven roasted brussel sprouts

Step 1Heat oven to 375 degrees.

Step 2Cut the brussel sprouts in half and arrange in a single layer in a 9x13 pan.

Step 3Drizzle olive oil over the sprouts and then use a garlic sea salt grinder and give the sprouts a good dose. If you don't have a garlic/sea salt grinder, use 1 teaspoon of sea salt and finely mince 2 cloves of garlic and mix with the sprouts.

Step 4Put them in the oven stirring them every 10 minutes until finished (about 25-30 minutes total) and serve as your side dish.
