This is how I fix asparagus to get people to try it, then they fall in love with it. It is simple and easy to fix, I roast this in place of fries on occassion.

Ingredients
- 2 bunches fresh asparagus, washed and "snapped"
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 2 teaspoons mrs. dash
- 1 teaspoon lowry's seasoning salt
- 1 teaspoon ground fresh black pepper
How To Make oven roasted asparagus

Step 1if you bend asparagus, it will break where it needs to for cooking.

Step 2wash and dry asparagus and put in a large bowl.

Step 3drizzle oil and spices over it and toss till it is well coated.

Step 4line a large baking sheet using parchment paper, or non stick foil. Lay asparagus in single layer.

Step 5bake in a hot, 425 degree oven, at least 30 minutes until crispy.
