Ingredients
- 3 medium beet roots, raw
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- - salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon rosemary, dried
- 3 1/2 ounces greek yogurt
- - salt, to taste
- 1 teaspoon horseradish, prepared (or more to taste)
- - salad herbs, optional
How To Make oven baked beet root

Step 1Preheat oven to 350°F (convection oven)

Step 2Peel the beets and slice, about 1/2 inch thick

Step 3In a bowl, combine sliced beets with salt, pepper, rosemary and oil.

Step 4Place slices on a baking paper lined baking tray and bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes. Turn the slices half way through the baking time.

Step 5While baking, combine yoghurt, horseradish, salt to taste and salad herbs

Step 6Serve the beet root slices hot with the horseradish dip
