This orzo salad is big on flavors and oh so good. I really liked the snow peas. They add a pleasant sweetness. Yummy! The Test Kitchen
How to Make Orzo w/ Snow Peas, Spinach & Sun-Dried Tomatoes
- 1Boil the orzo according to package about 8 mins, drain & set aside.
- 2In a skillet, add the olive oil and garlic (don't brown) on low heat about a minute. Add the spinach, snow peas, sun-dried tomatoes & Parmesan cheese. Stir together, cover until the Parmesan melts about 5 mins. Add salt/pepper to taste.
- 3Enjoy as a side... or a meal.... YUM.
