orzo pasta, uncooked

garlic cloves, smashed
1 Tbsp
olive oil
1 c
snow peas
1 c
spinach, fresh

sun-dried tomatoes, julienned (sliced thin)
1/2 c
Parmesan cheese

How to Make Orzo w/ Snow Peas, Spinach & Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Step-by-Step

  • 1Boil the orzo according to package about 8 mins, drain & set aside.
  • 2In a skillet, add the olive oil and garlic (don't brown) on low heat about a minute. Add the spinach, snow peas, sun-dried tomatoes & Parmesan cheese. Stir together, cover until the Parmesan melts about 5 mins. Add salt/pepper to taste.
  • 3Enjoy as a side... or a meal.... YUM.
