    orzo pasta
  • 1 large
    portobello mushroom, chopped
  • 3
    garlic cloves, smashed
  • 1/4 stick
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 c
    parmesan cheese
  • ·
    salt/pepper to taste

How to Make Orzo Pasta w/ Portobello Mushrooms


  1. Boil the Orzo about 10 mins...rinse and drain
  2. in a saute pan....butter, olive oil, garlic, mushrooms, salt & pepper.
  3. add the Orzo pasta and parmesan cheese...stir...perfect side dish
