Ingredients

  • 8 ounces orzo pasta
  • 1 large portobello mushroom, chopped
  • 3 - garlic cloves, smashed
  • 1/4 stick butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • - salt/pepper to taste

How To Make orzo pasta w/ portobello mushrooms

  • Step 1
    Boil the Orzo about 10 mins...rinse and drain
  • Step 2
    in a saute pan....butter, olive oil, garlic, mushrooms, salt & pepper.
  • Step 3
    add the Orzo pasta and parmesan cheese...stir...perfect side dish
