- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 cup tomatoes , seeded & diced
- 2 cups spinach, fresh
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1 can garbanzo beans, rinse and drained
- 1 - lemon zest
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Step 1Boil pasta al dente about 9 mins, drain, set aside

Step 2meanwhile in a large pan, saute crushed garlic in olive oil...about a min add tomatoes, spinach, black olives, garbanzo beans
