Simple flavor combinations that work very well together

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    orecchiette pasta
  • 2 clove
    garlic
  • 1 c
    tomatoes , seeded & diced
  • 2 c
    spinach, fresh
  • 1/2 c
    black olives, sliced
  • 1 can
    garbanzo beans, rinse and drained
  • 1
    lemon zest
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil
  • 1/4 c
    feta cheese, crumbled

How To Make

    Boil pasta al dente about 9 mins, drain, set aside
  • 2
    meanwhile in a large pan, saute crushed garlic in olive oil...about a min add tomatoes, spinach, black olives, garbanzo beans
  • 3
    mix in the drained pasta,add lemon zest and feta cheese...serve room temperature or chilled
