Oh Yes folks- these carrots are delish and if you add Brandy to them, over the top for holidays! Yummmmmmm! **This recipe came from my 'old stand by' Pioneers of Alaska Cookbook

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds carrots, peeled and cut into 3 inch pieces
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 - orange, zest, grated finely
- 1 cup orange juice, fresh
- 1/4 cup brandy, if desired
How To Make orange glazed carrots

Step 1Cook carrots about 10 minutes or until tender. Drain and put in 9 inch baking dish.

Step 2In a saucepan, melt butter; add sugar and flour and mix well. Add zest and gradually pour in orange juice. Bring to boil; lower heat and simmer 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Step 3Add Brandy and pour over carrots. Bake in 350F degree oven about 15 minutes. Makes 6 servings
