500 gokra, fresh chopped

How to Make Okra/Lady Finger
- wash and wipe dry okra/lady finger thoroughly using a tea towel.
- heat oil in heavy frying pan with lid.
- add curry leaves.
- stir in the spices.
- lower heat and allow to cook for 10 minutes, stirring continually.
- serve okra/lady finger with flat bread and a side of fresh yogurt.
Okra/lady finger emits a sticky substance when it comes into contact with water — therefore always wash and dry thoroughly before chopping. Avoid adding water to the cooking process,always cover the frying pan for a few minutes when cooking.
