Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups okra, sliced thin
- 3 tablespoons cornmeal
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
- - olive oil spray
How To Make okra croutons

Step 1Preheat oven 375. Rinse okra, drain and pat dry with paper towels.

Step 2Combine cornmeal, seasonings and okra in a plastic bag. Seal and shake well.

Step 3Spray baking sheet with oil. Spread okra slices in a single layer and spray them with oil, too. Bake until crisp and brown (stirring twice during baking time), about 30 minutes.
