Ingredients
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup vinegar
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 large green pepper, finely chopped
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1 large head cabbage, finely chopped
How To Make oil and vinegar coleslaw

Step 1Shake oil, vinegar and sugar well.

Step 2Finely chop all other ingredients and mix well in a large bowl.

Step 3Pour dressing on top and mix well. Refrigerate 4 to 24 hours before serving.
