Several years ago, my mom made these for a Christmas dinner and my daughter loved them so much that they became a family tradition.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages canned crescent rolls
  • 3/4 cup mayo
  • 1 (8oz) package cream cheese- softened
  • - very finely chopped : carrrots, broccoli, cauliflower
  • 1 (small) package dry ranch dressing
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make mom's veggie squares

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350. And grease a jelly roll pan.
  • Step 2
    Unroll crescents flat on jelly roll pan; press to the edges of pan. Bake 8 minutes or until light brown.-Cool.
  • Step 3
    Mix together ranch dressing, mayo, and cream cheese. Spread onto the cooled crescent crust.
  • Step 4
    Cover with veggies and gently pat into cream cheese mixture. Top with cheddar cheese.
  • Step 5
    Cut into squares and serve.
  • Step 6
    NOTE: Best if refrigerated overnight. Can be kept in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
