How to Make Mom's Classic Veggie Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook frozen vegetables. I use the microwave.
  2. Combine vegetables and the remaining ingredients together in casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  3. Bake at 325, about 30 minutes.
  4. This is even better made a day early, refrigerated, and re-heated. Or serve after baking.
