Ingredients
- 1 box frozen cauliflower, cooked
- 1 box frozen brussel sprouts, cooked
- 1 box frozen broccoli, cooked
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 can mushrooms, drained
- 4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make mom's classic veggie casserole

Step 1Cook frozen vegetables. I use the microwave.

Step 2Combine vegetables and the remaining ingredients together in casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top.

Step 3Bake at 325, about 30 minutes.

Step 4This is even better made a day early, refrigerated, and re-heated. Or serve after baking.
