This has been on our Thanksgiving or Christmas menu every year for as long as I can remember! So easy and delicious!

frozen brussel sprouts, cooked
1 box
frozen broccoli, cooked
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c
1 can(s)
mushrooms, drained
4 oz
cheddar cheese, shredded

How to Make Mom's Classic Veggie Casserole


  • 1Cook frozen vegetables. I use the microwave.
  • 2Combine vegetables and the remaining ingredients together in casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  • 3Bake at 325, about 30 minutes.
  • 4This is even better made a day early, refrigerated, and re-heated. Or serve after baking.
