1 boxfrozen cauliflower, cooked
1 boxfrozen brussel sprouts, cooked
1 boxfrozen broccoli, cooked
1 can(s)cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s)mushrooms, drained
4 ozcheddar cheese, shredded
How to Make Mom's Classic Veggie Casserole
- Cook frozen vegetables. I use the microwave.
- Combine vegetables and the remaining ingredients together in casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake at 325, about 30 minutes.
- This is even better made a day early, refrigerated, and re-heated. Or serve after baking.
