This has been on our Thanksgiving or Christmas menu every year for as long as I can remember! So easy and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 box frozen cauliflower, cooked
  • 1 box frozen brussel sprouts, cooked
  • 1 box frozen broccoli, cooked
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 can mushrooms, drained
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make mom's classic veggie casserole

  • Step 1
    Cook frozen vegetables. I use the microwave.
  • Step 2
    Combine vegetables and the remaining ingredients together in casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 325, about 30 minutes.
  • Step 4
    This is even better made a day early, refrigerated, and re-heated. Or serve after baking.
