Ingredients
- 1 can black beans, canned drained and rinsed
- 1 small ea. yellow, red, orange bell peppers, diced
- 1/2 can white corn
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halves
- 1/4 cup italian salad dressing, nonfat
- 1 cup prepare jalapeno corn bread, toasted and cubed
- 1/4 cup red onion,diced
How To Make mixed veggie salad.

Step 1Combined all ingredients excepted corn bread. Chill for 2 hours; top with corn bread cubes and slightly toss before serving..
