This is a dead-ringer for the recipe a local restaurant makes. A great side for nearly anything!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

The combination of mixed greens in this recipe reminds us of an old-fashioned dish that a grandparent would make. It's a healthy way to prepare a bowl of greens. Liquid smoke adds a subtle smokiness to the large pot of greens. A good recipe to serve a crowd. With spinach, collard greens, and turnip greens, it's a tasty way to get an ample amount of greens.
