These Might be Mini But with Full sized Flavor. With Tons of Cherry Tomatoes in the Garden, I had to do Something, So we would eat More of them, So here we go,
I added 9 Variations that may be Useful for a variety, and fun to make.

These are always a Hit when served on a Bed of lettuce.

Tip:
I place them in Cup cake Liners as Individul servers, and travel well set in egg cartons

Ingredients

  • MINI APPETIZERS

  • 15-20
    cherry tomatoes, or any smaller tomato
  • 1/2 Cup
    mayo
  • 1/2 tsp
    fresh minced garlic or garlic pdr
  • 1/2 Cup
    chopped green onions
  • 1 Lb
    sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled or equivelent bacon bits

How to Make Mini Apetizers By Freda

Step-by-Step

  1. wash and Cut a small slice off the top of eash tomato.
    Scoop out the Pulp, Turn upside Down onto paper towels to drain. ( Bit messy but worth the effort)
  2. Mix the rest of the Ingredients In a small Bowl,
    Spoon into each tomato, carefully, Chill for several Hrs. Enjoy.
  3. Tips:
    9 More Variations,
    Make Your Favorites Tuna, Crab, or Chicken salad,
    or Guacamole, even cottage cheese, Mashed Potatoes, and Potato salad also seasoned Cream cheese, or French onion dip.
    Fill tomatoes and enjoy. You will impress your guests.
