Ingredients
- 1 medium yellow squash
- 1 medium zucchini
- 1 large onions, vidalia, peeled
- 2 ounces red wine vinegar
- 2 ounces balsamic vinegar
- 1 ounce olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon mustard, spicy brown
How To Make mediterranean grilled summer vegetables

Step 1Cut the vegetables into 1/2 inch thick rounds.

Step 2In a 1 gallon freezer bag mix together the vinegars, oil, minced garlic, and mustard.

Step 3Marinate the vegetables in the bag for 10-15 minutes.

Step 4Grill vegetables on a hot grill for about 4-5 minutes per side.
