Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary leafs, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme, leaves, crushed
- 8oz packages artichoke hearts, frozen. thawed, chopped
- 3oz packages cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise (best foods, is what i used
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons green onion,sliced
- 2 tablespoons tomato, chopped
How To Make mediterranean artichoke bake

Step 1Heat oven to 350*. MIx spices in small bowl and set aside.

Step 2Put the artichoke hearts in food processor; cover. process until finely chopped. Add cream cheese, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese and herbs. cover and process until well blended. spread mixture in a 9 in. pie plate.

Step 3Bake 15 minutes or until mixture is heated through and edges are golden. Sprinkle with green onions and chopped tomato. I like it with pita chips, Mr. Bill likes it with his crackers. xoxoxo. or maybe just a spoon would do. :)
