Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon rosemary leafs, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme, leaves, crushed
  • 8oz packages artichoke hearts, frozen. thawed, chopped
  • 3oz packages cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise (best foods, is what i used
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons green onion,sliced
  • 2 tablespoons tomato, chopped

How To Make mediterranean artichoke bake

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350*. MIx spices in small bowl and set aside.
  • Step 2
    Put the artichoke hearts in food processor; cover. process until finely chopped. Add cream cheese, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese and herbs. cover and process until well blended. spread mixture in a 9 in. pie plate.
  • Step 3
    Bake 15 minutes or until mixture is heated through and edges are golden. Sprinkle with green onions and chopped tomato. I like it with pita chips, Mr. Bill likes it with his crackers. xoxoxo. or maybe just a spoon would do. :)
